As I come out from all the clutter and mess our fabulous Christmas has left us with I think of the coming year and what it will bring. I am not one to make resolutions; I think they can lead to disappointment when your magical list is just that; a list of things you didn’t do.
In the summer, I’ll still be 10lbs heavier than I want to be, I’ll still be drinking Pepsi (a bit less of it) but that’s ok too. I’ll wear my bikini, I’ll smile and I may be chubby, but I’ll enjoy every bite of the Mars bar that I eat after my salad. It’s all about moderation and finding your groove.
I am aiming to live my best life. It’s that simple, allow the good stuff in and get rid of the old shitty stuff.
Hmmm…..what do I want for 2015?
Happiness, health and vitality, energy, peace, love, acceptance, joy, serenity, gratitude, abundance, work and life harmony, creativity, connection, spirituality, comfort…. just to name a few.
Push past boundaries and go for those dreams, and set goals so high they equally scare me and make me giddy at the same time.
More connecting in person and less time on line….if you can’t find me on line, there’s this thing called the telephone.
Let go and get over it already.
Laugh more often…even if it shows my wrinkles, not everyone has been blessed to live long enough to have them.
Pamper myself more.
Blessed happiness and abundance to you and yours for 2015.
